Senior Corporate Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Senior Corporate Business Relationship Officer will lead the growth and maintenance of a portfolio of corporate clients within an assigned sector. The role focuses on recommending and selling corporate banking solutions while cross‑selling additional bank products to deepen relationships and create value for existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a corporate client portfolio by identifying needs and offering appropriate banking products.
• Cross‑sell complementary bank services to enhance overall client value.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Gather market intelligence, segment target markets, and identify new business opportunities.
• Apply corporate banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Banking, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in corporate banking or related financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and action‑orientation.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity aligned with bank values.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
