Training Support Associate (TSA)

About the role

Inkomoko Ethiopia is seeking a Training Support Associate (TSA) to work directly with entrepreneurs in the Adama and Bishoftu areas. Reporting to the Senior Trainer, the TSA will help deliver high‑quality training programs that enable entrepreneurs, including refugees, to scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a database and accurate records of training participants, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Assist with participant training evaluations and feedback collection.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, stationery procurement, printing, and booklet distribution.
• Manage filing systems for all training‑related documents and surveys.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, handling communications and inquiries.
• Organise and deliver training sessions for both refugee and host entrepreneurs in the Business Growth Department.
• Identify and enrol entrepreneurs into Inkomoko programs.
• Deploy a variety of training methods, both in‑person and digital, adapting as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in training coordination or support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in data and document management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse participants, including refugees.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Adama or Bishoftu and travel as required for training activities.
