About the role

Beyaynet Innovations is seeking a full‑time hybrid Video Editor based in Addis Ababa. The role offers flexibility for remote work while requiring close collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to produce high‑quality visual content that supports client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end video production, from concept through final delivery.
• Edit footage, apply color grading, and integrate motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video production and editing.
• Strong eye for visual detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous multimedia projects is a plus.
