3D & Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative 3D & Motion Graphics Designer to join our digital agency in Ethiopia. You will transform concepts into immersive 3D visualisations and dynamic motion graphics that support our clients’ marketing campaigns and event projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality 3D renderings and visualisations for event setups and client presentations.
• Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and other creative projects.
• Collaborate with designers, storytellers, videographers and marketers to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Interpret briefings and turn abstract ideas into clear visual assets.
• Explore and apply AI‑based tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creativity where applicable.

Required profile

• Strong visual thinking and the ability to imagine complete event layouts from minimal input.
• Creative mindset with a passion for turning ideas into moving visuals.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced digital environment.
