Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyse user behaviour, and deliver actionable insights that drive website performance, marketing effectiveness and conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau for stakeholder KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends and communicate insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
