Meta Ads Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, performance‑driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to join a fast‑growing digital marketing team. In this fully remote, independent‑contractor position you will plan, launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive customer acquisition and maximise ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct audience research, targeting and segmentation to improve performance.
• Monitor daily metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑performing ad assets.
• Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta platform updates, advertising trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS improvements.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with international clients or agencies is a plus.
