About the role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies in your network. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours, allowing you to work independently and earn based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies and present Flowmingo’s hiring solution.
• Explain how the platform reduces screening time and improves candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for prospects exploring the product.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help refine the platform and partner program.
• Operate autonomously, building your own pipeline and earning commissions on premium feature adoption.
