E-Exam Prep City Manager

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic is hiring a full-time, on-site Exam Preparation City Manager in Gerji, Addis Ababa, to oversee the daily operations of its digital exam preparation platform. The role coordinates educators, ensures smooth service delivery, maintains quality standards and helps improve the learning experience for students.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and coordinate qualified exam preparation educators.
• Oversee scheduling, exam preparation sessions and content delivery.
• Evaluate educator performance, give feedback and address underperformance.
• Handle student and educator concerns, resolve conflicts and keep a positive user experience.
• Identify platform issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
• Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Implement administrative measures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, team leadership or a related field.
• Experience in education, EdTech or educator management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
