About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing fintech company. You will work directly with merchants, helping them adopt digital payment solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Conduct door‑to‑door merchant onboarding and registration
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Promote digital payment adoption
Meet daily/weekly sales and onboarding targets

Required profile

Grade 12 and above with 0–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in the field
Basic understanding of digital payments is a plus
