About the role
STEM for kids Ethiopia is looking for a junior sales and marketing specialist. The ideal candidate is active, confident and possesses strong English communication skills. The role involves building client relationships and supporting marketing strategies to grow the company.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through calls, campaigns and social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver sales presentations to customers via calls, campaigns, schools and other venues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support the sales team in planning and executing campaigns.
- Represent the company at events and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing.
- Junior‑level experience in sales, marketing or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and energetic personality with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques and sales strategies.
- Basic computer skills.
