Freelance Camera Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Camera Operator to join our team in Addis Ababa. You will capture high‑quality video of property tours, client presentations and marketing material for Megabet Property Management.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust professional camera equipment on‑site at various property locations.
• Coordinate with production and marketing teams to follow shot lists and scripts.
• Manage basic lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Organise recorded footage, ensure proper file naming and storage.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong practical skills in camera operation and handling professional gear.
• Experience with lighting setups suitable for property shoots.
• Background in video production, including shot composition and basic audio awareness.
• Ability to work on‑site at multiple locations in Addis Ababa and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with production, marketing and property management teams.
