About the role
We are looking for a disciplined Inbound Appointment Setter to manage real‑estate leads for residential builders and operators. You will quickly engage new inquiries, qualify prospects, nurture conversations and schedule high‑quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads immediately via phone, SMS and email.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, intent, location and other defined criteria.
- Book qualified appointments into client calendars and confirm them to improve show rates.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and keep pipeline stages up to date.
- Follow structured follow‑up sequences and re‑engage aged or unresponsive leads.
- Report daily activity, KPIs and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Clear, professional English communication with a neutral accent (preferred).
- Confident phone presence and strong objection‑handling abilities.
- Organized, disciplined and self‑managed with a performance‑driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Sales or real‑estate experience preferred.
Required skills
- CRM software proficiency.
What we offer
- Performance‑based compensation of $720‑$900 per month after training.
