Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures that all technology solutions align with corporate standards, business strategy, and regulatory requirements while supporting end‑users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations, including networks, servers, workstations, and data centers.
• Evaluate, integrate, and align new technologies with Wilmar global standards and business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain operating and capital budgets for IT infrastructure and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Guide and develop the Junior IT Administrator, defining processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Oversee supplier relationships, telecom infrastructure (Internet, VPN, telephone), and asset refresh cycles.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, corporate standards, and best‑practice metrics.
• Provide onsite and remote end‑user support, handling tickets via JIRA, troubleshooting Windows, mobile OS, Office365, Zoom, and hardware issues.
• Maintain CCTV systems, perform technical upgrades, and conduct group training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations.
• Ability to develop junior staff and lead technical teams.
• Experience preparing and managing IT budgets.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT standards and regulatory compliance.
