Manager, Motor Coach Connection

About the role

The Manager, Motor Coach Connection supports the operational and sales activities of Anthony Travel’s Collegiate Team Bussing program. The role blends customer service, relationship building, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless bus transportation for collegiate sports events.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate bus rates and amenities with vendors.
• Process contracts for collegiate clients.
• Maintain and update Season Planners and Trip Planners reports.
• Track bus bookings, commissions, and invoice bus commissions.
• Provide weekly productivity summaries to management.
• Develop and nurture relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Promote and contribute to the Anthony Travel Preferred Bussing Program.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated negotiation and sales abilities.
• Understanding of revenue management; motor‑coach experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
