About the role
Milki Sacco is hiring 11 qualified professionals for permanent positions across customer service, human resources, marketing, branch management, finance and operations. Candidates should hold a Business or Economics background and have relevant experience in MFIs, SACCOs or banking.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies, marketing strategies, branch operations, financial controls and overall operational processes.
- Manage teams, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with cooperative regulations.
Required profile
- Business/Economics education.
- Relevant experience ranging from 2 to 8 years depending on the position, with senior roles requiring at least 5 years and managerial experience.
- Demonstrated experience in MFIs, SACCOs or related banking institutions.
