Salesperson

About the role

L-QUBE Technologies is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to drive growth of its software and digital solutions across Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and beyond. The role is remote‑first but the successful candidate will be based in Addis Ababa (with presence in Nairobi and Kampala) and may need to visit client sites, including Mek’elē, as required.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline for enterprise‑level software, ERP and digital platforms.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Close B2B sales and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback for product and technical teams.
• Contribute to sales forecasts, market analysis and collaborative implementation planning with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑relationship management and consultative selling skills, with proven B2B experience preferably in software or IT services.
• Ability to translate technical concepts of enterprise systems and ERP solutions into clear business value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mek’elē and travel to client locations when needed.
