Asset Planning Engineer

About the role

Temer Properties is seeking an analytical Asset Planning Engineer to join its Asset Management Department. The role focuses on optimizing the use of existing construction assets, improving inter‑project resource planning, and ensuring that new procurement decisions are based on accurate asset availability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate asset allocation, transfer, and redistribution across projects and central facilities.
• Review project asset requirements against idle stock before initiating new procurement.
• Monitor asset utilization, idle inventory, recovery, and refurbishment performance.
• Develop demand forecasts, utilization analyses, and regular management reports.
• Coordinate refurbishment and reuse planning to extend asset lifecycles.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Site Teams, Production, and Asset Management.
• Establish and support consistent asset planning and allocation procedures.

Required profile

• BSc in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction operations, asset planning, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and planning abilities.
• Good understanding of construction materials, equipment and asset lifecycle management.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
