Consulting Specialist – Interior Design Projects

About the role

SIANA INTERIORS is seeking a Consulting Specialist to join its on‑site team in Addis Ababa. You will work directly with residential, office, exhibition booth, and commercial clients, guiding them from concept through implementation and ensuring design solutions meet their goals and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on interior design concepts, space utilization, and project approaches.
• Conduct needs assessments, analyze project requirements, and develop tailored proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Meet with clients regularly to discuss progress, gather feedback, and adjust solutions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal design and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide training and guidance on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction throughout the delivery cycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and evaluate project data.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, with a focus on structured advice and solution development.
• Excellent communication skills for client meetings, presentations, and documentation.
• Training experience to educate clients or team members on processes and best practices.
• Background or strong interest in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
• Ability to work on‑site in Addis Ababa and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, architecture, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
