Automation Engineer – Siemens PLC & SCADA Specialist

About the role

The Automation Engineer will design, implement and maintain advanced automation solutions for industrial processes, using Siemens PLC, SCADA and HMI technologies. The role focuses on delivering customized systems that improve efficiency, reduce downtime and support Andy_Tec’s automation and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and program Siemens S7 PLCs (S7‑300/400/1200/1500) using TIA Portal.
• Design, configure and commission automation projects, integrating sensors, drives and actuators.
• Create and maintain SCADA and HMI interfaces for real‑time monitoring and control.
• Perform testing, debugging and on‑site commissioning of automation systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Certification in Siemens PLC programming (S7‑300/400/1200/1500) and TIA Portal.
