About the role

The position is for a healthcare assistant who will provide basic and supportive care to long‑term residents in two psychiatric‑focused facilities in the Lausanne‑Pully area. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with a work percentage ranging from 80% to 100%.

Key responsibilities

Deliver basic nursing care and accompaniment under delegation.
Assist nurses and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care and hospitality teams.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Support residents with behavioral challenges while ensuring safety.

Required profile

Holder of a certified healthcare assistant diploma (CRS 120 h) or equivalent.
Several years of experience in a similar role.
Good physical and psychological condition to work with residents presenting behavioral disorders.
Fluent French language skills.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
