About the role

Success Microfinance Institution S.C., a licensed microfinance company in Ethiopia, is seeking 15 professionals for the position of Branch Accountant I in Addis Ababa. This permanent role supports the institution’s mission of financial inclusion and poverty alleviation.

Required profile

Education: MA/BA/College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields.
Experience: 3‑7 years total experience, with 1‑3 years specifically as a Branch Accountant I.
