Branch Manager (Grade IV)

About the role

We are seeking a Grade IV Branch Manager to lead our Debre Berhan branch of Bunna Insurance S.C. The manager will oversee daily branch operations, supervise staff, drive sales of insurance products, maintain high standards of customer service, ensure compliance with the National Bank of Ethiopia regulations, and contribute to the branch’s financial targets. The role involves developing local market strategies, managing relationships with corporate and individual clients, and reporting performance to regional management. This position offers the chance to work within a company that has grown its paid‑up capital to over Birr 200 million and serves more than 50,000 customers nationwide.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, or related financial services.
• A BA or MA degree in Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
