About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the operations of a bank branch in Wolkitie, ensuring high‑quality service, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth. This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of branch performance while fostering a customer‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and service delivery.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate branch staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and present results to regional management.
• Handle escalated customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.

Required profile

• BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
