About the role
Lucy Insurance S.C is seeking a Branch Manager III to lead its Addis Ababa branch. The position is permanent, subject to successful completion of a probation period, and offers a compensation package aligned with the company’s salary scale and benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day insurance operations of the Addis Ababa branch.
- Supervise and develop branch staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Maintain compliance with relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in insurance operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Computer literate.
