About the role

Lucy Insurance S.C is hiring a Branch Manager I to lead its insurance operations in Addis Ababa. The position is permanent, subject to successful completion of a probation period.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in insurance operations, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or senior position.
Computer literacy.
