Business Analysis Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Analysis Intern to support our product and development teams. This internship offers hands‑on experience with real‑world software projects, exposure to Agile practices, and the chance to develop analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Support communication between stakeholders, developers, and designers.
• Help prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Create process flows, diagrams, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with QA teams to understand test cases and validate requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and user stories in Agile tools.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly understand and document requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
