Key responsibilities

• Develop cargo service offerings across demand and operations streams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and courier companies.
• Assist in preparing commercial offers and presentations.
• Manage courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations.
• Analyze customer segments and attract new clients.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve warehouse and last‑mile operations.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics of all courier partners.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner eager to acquire new skills.
• Team player with initiative.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Proven experience in ride‑hailing operations, customer service, support, or sales.
• Strong negotiating and cross‑functional communication abilities.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive service and product analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
