About the role
Berhan Insurance S.C. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Collection & Disbursement Division. The manager will oversee all collection and payout activities, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and efficient cash‑flow management.
Required profile
- Education: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years for first‑degree holders or 6 years for second‑degree holders in insurance operations.
- Relevant experience: At least 4 years in a senior position within the insurance sector.
