Commission-Based B2B Sales & Marketing Partner

About the role

GEZANA Enterprise Technology seeks an independent, commission‑driven partner to expand the reach of its integrated ERP and digital solutions across Ethiopia. You will act as the primary face of the brand, building relationships with enterprises, institutions and organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for GEZANA ERP.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in target companies.
• Present the ERP platform, conduct product demonstrations and tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates.
• Support targeted marketing activities and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product and implementation teams.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong network and relationships within the Ethiopian business environment.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
