Commission Sales Associate

About the role

Lumacy Digital is seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate to identify businesses that need digital solutions and turn those opportunities into paying clients. You will act as the face of Lumacy, matching our web, software, and automation services with the specific needs of each prospect.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect businesses that could benefit from digital solutions.
• Engage prospects through Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Initiate conversations with owners and decision‑makers to uncover pain points.
• Present relevant Lumacy products such as websites, custom apps, e‑commerce platforms, and automation tools.
• Follow up, schedule calls or meetings, and assist in negotiating and closing deals.
• Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with business owners.
• Persuasive, professional, and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Ability to identify business problems and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital business environments.
• Highly self‑motivated, independent, and performance‑driven.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
