Construction Training Specialist – Addis Ababa

About the role

NUR CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Construction Training Specialist to join its team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver classroom‑style and on‑the‑job training sessions for staff and partners.
• Create educational materials, curricula, and workshop content tailored to construction projects.
• Assess learning needs, monitor participant progress, and adjust training plans to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, HR, and operational teams to ensure training relevance and practicality.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, addressing questions and facilitating continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education, training, or vocational instruction.
• Experience developing training materials or workshops, preferably in a technical or construction environment.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Addis Ababa and engage with multicultural teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
