About the role
The Contact Center Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients of Yegna Microfinance Institution, handling inbound and outbound communications. This role ensures timely, accurate, and courteous service, supporting the institution’s mission to provide accessible financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls to clients, providing information on products, services, and account status.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in accordance with service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the institution’s database.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Collaborate with other departments to relay client feedback and improve service processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, customer service, or client‑facing role.
- Degree/Diploma/Level IV in Marketing, Management or a related field.
