Customer Service Officer III

About the role

The Customer Service Officer III will work at Goh Betoch Bank’s Dire Dawa branches, providing front‑line support to clients and handling routine banking transactions. This is a permanent, full‑time position focused on delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑moving retail banking environment. The bank, the first private mortgage bank in Ethiopia, was created to address the housing backlog and financing challenges. Founded by 11 visionary individuals, veteran bankers, investors and academicians, Goh Betoch Bank is committed to supporting the country's economic development. Required profile

• Minimum BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any related business field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in banking operations, demonstrating familiarity with customer service processes and banking products.
