Digital Health Coordinator – Ethiopia

About the role

Last Mile Health is seeking a motivated Digital Health Coordinator to lead the deployment of its digital health tools across Ethiopia. Based in Addis Ababa, you will work closely with the Ethiopia team, the Ministry of Health, and community health workers to ensure effective adoption of technologies such as Extension Essentials and the HEP Assist AI decision‑support tool.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical and implementation support for digital health tools used by Community Health Workers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital health activities in partnership with program and field teams.
• Manage workplans, collect implementation data, and facilitate feedback loops.
• Analyze data, develop dashboards, and report on tool usage and impact.
• Install applications on devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver hands‑on training in the field.
• Travel to regional sites as needed to support deployment and capacity‑building activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting digital health implementation in low‑resource settings.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technology in field environments.
• Experience working directly with frontline health workers and community health programs.
