Digital Supply Chain Technical Lead

About the role

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Technical Lead to support a Gates Foundation‑funded project in Ethiopia. The role will provide technical leadership for designing, integrating, and implementing digital supply chain solutions that improve visibility of vaccines and RMNCH commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and mapping of Ethiopia’s digital supply chain ecosystem, including systems, data flows, interoperability, and infrastructure.
• Develop a future‑state digital supply chain architecture and implementation roadmap aligned with national digital health strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on interoperability, system integration, data exchange standards, master data, and registries.
• Design, configure, test, and pilot priority digital integration solutions to enhance end‑to‑end commodity visibility.
• Ensure solutions strengthen existing government platforms and are scalable, user‑centered, and ready for sustainable government ownership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital supply chain or health information system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of interoperability standards and data exchange mechanisms.
• Ability to work closely with government counterparts, project leads, and technical partners.
