Junior Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our ERP team in Addis Ababa. The role is ideal for candidates with basic Odoo knowledge who enjoy translating business needs into clear documentation and supporting client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from clients.
• Document functional specifications and process flows for Odoo implementations.
• Assist senior consultants in configuring Odoo modules.
• Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.
• Support testing, training, and post‑implementation support activities.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of Odoo ERP and general business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with a professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Odoo (basic functional knowledge).
