About the role

The District Valuator – Maker/Checker for the South West District will lead and verify property and collateral valuations in line with the bank’s policies. This role ensures accurate market assessments and supports risk‑based lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

Plan, organise and execute property valuation activities across the South West District.
Conduct and review collateral valuations following Dashen Bank’s procedures and guidelines.
Prepare valuation reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in property valuation or related banking functions.
Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication abilities.
High attention to detail, quality focus and professional integrity.
Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and risk awareness.
