About the role

BelTech Solutions is seeking a motivated ERP Software Sales Representative to help businesses discover and adopt ERP solutions such as Odoo and ERPNext.

Key responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Present ERP solutions to businesses and explain their benefits.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Schedule meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a sales pipeline.
Work toward sales targets and support business growth.

Required profile

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
Ability to identify customer needs and communicate business value.
Experience in software sales, digital solutions, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Willingness to learn about Odoo, ERPNext, and business management systems.
