Executive Operations Intern – CEO Office

About the role

We’re hiring an Executive Operations Intern for the CEO Office at Alephtav Consultancy & Trading PLC. This is not a traditional administrative internship; the role is designed to turn information, meetings, decisions, and priorities into coordinated action while working closely with the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare concise CEO briefs from project updates, meetings, reports, and correspondence.
• Track major projects, commitments, deadlines, risks, and pending decisions.
• Convert discussions and CEO directions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
• Follow up teams and stakeholders until agreed actions are completed.
• Prepare meeting briefs, decision notes, summaries, and management updates.
• Support research, proposal preparation, business development, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a consolidated CEO‑level view of Alephtav’s projects and priorities.
• Use AI, digital collaboration, and productivity tools to improve executive workflows.
• Identify issues requiring CEO attention and distinguish them from matters that can be resolved at team level.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, ICT, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and industries.
• Strong digital literacy and willingness to work extensively with AI tools.
• Able to learn quickly, work independently, and handle confidential information.
• Confident enough to coordinate and follow up with senior professionals.
