Global Graduate Program – Supply Chain

About the role

The Global Graduate Program in Supply Chain is a three‑year development journey at Heineken, designed to fast‑track recent graduates into future leaders. You will complete three six‑month rotations, beginning in Ethiopia, followed by a cross‑functional assignment, and culminating with an international placement. The program ends with a management position within Heineken’s Ethiopian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in core supply chain activities, including production, logistics and distribution.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that connect finance, commerce and operations.
• Lead or support improvement initiatives that enhance safety, sustainability and service excellence.
• Adapt to an international assignment, gaining global perspective and cultural awareness.
• Apply learnings to a permanent management role in Ethiopia after the rotation period.
