Grid Leader Supervisor

About the role

The Grid Leader Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Addis Ababa, responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned grid to ensure reliable service and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field teams, schedule tasks and monitor performance indicators related to network availability and customer service.
• Report on grid performance, identify issues and collaborate with technical and customer‑facing departments to resolve disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, promote safety and adherence to procedures, and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Required profile

• Strong team leadership and people‑management experience, preferably supervising operational or field staff.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and allocate resources while monitoring performance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Basic telecommunications or network operations knowledge to understand grid performance and service quality indicators.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration software tools for documentation, reporting and data tracking.
