About the role
The Human Capital Development Officer III will support the Human Capital & Facility Management Department in Oromia Capital Goods Finance Business Share Company. This position is based at the head office and reports to senior management, focusing on developing and implementing human capital strategies. The company operates in the financial services sector, providing capital goods financing across the Oromia region.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- University degree (BA/BSc/MA/MSc) in Human Resource Management, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics or related fields.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an Officer II or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Afaan Oromo.
- Job grade 11 as defined by the organization.
