Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network into Ethiopia and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead the effort. You will be the public face of the platform in the country, building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and top employers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform across Ethiopia.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the Ethiopian recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meet‑ups, and professional conferences in Ethiopia.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Ethiopia, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Ethiopia.
• Proven record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with digital networking applications.
