Manager, Human Resources Operation

About the role

The Manager, Human Resources Operation will lead the delivery of HR programs and transactional services to support VisionFund Micro‑Finance Institution’s strategic objectives. This role combines talent development, performance management and day‑to‑day HR administration to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Implement training and development strategies, design learning programs and assess post‑training impact.
• Promote self‑service HR tools and redirect employees to web portals and forms.
• Provide talent advice, support performance and succession management, and act as first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR activities including employee records, remuneration, benefits, payroll coordination and recruitment administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with business units to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and monitor the division’s budget, policies and reporting requirements.
• Support subordinate development through coaching, performance evaluations and disciplinary management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field with at least six years of relevant experience, including two years in a managerial role; or a Bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience, including three years in management.
• Demonstrated experience in HR program implementation, talent development, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to coordinate multiple tasks under pressure.
