Intermediate Sales Representative

About the role

Gursha Rewards is looking for an Intermediate Sales Representative to own a territory in Addis Ababa. You will meet owners, general managers and marketing leaders, demonstrate the platform’s impact on sales, and close new partnership deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of target businesses in Addis Ababa.
• Conduct on‑site demos and present the commercial model, including payment plans and partner benefits.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Run pilot periods with new partners to deliver early results.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, monitor performance, collect feedback, and protect renewals.
• Hand off accounts to onboarding, and feed field insights back to product and marketing teams.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and account health.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a proven record of closing deals.
• Comfortable selling to owners and general managers, including skeptical audiences.
• Fluent in Amharic and English.
• Organized, self‑driven, and able to work independently in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
