About the role

Sidama Bank S.C. is seeking recent graduates to join its branch network as Junior Customer Service Officers. The role provides an entry‑level opportunity to work directly with customers, handling everyday banking transactions while developing a foundation in financial services.

Key responsibilities

Open new savings and current accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Deliver courteous and accurate service in line with the bank’s standards.
Promote and cross‑sell bank products and services to customers.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transaction details.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing).
Graduated in the Ethiopian calendar year 2025/26 G.C.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 for male applicants or 2.50 for female applicants.
At least 50 % score in the National Exit Examination.
No prior work experience required.
