About the role

Enat Bank is a private financial institution focused on expanding financial access for women and fostering business growth. The Junior Customer Service Specialist will work at a branch to receive and deliver cash, process payment instruments, and handle DRS transfers, supporting the bank’s commitment to efficient service.

Key responsibilities

Receive and deliver physical cash to and from the Cash Administrator.
Collect and validate original payment instruments against the system.
Issue, sign and post payment instruments.
Verify and validate incoming DRS transfers.
Initiate outgoing DRS transfers.
Exchange cash denominations and record transactions.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants.
No prior experience required.
Preferred age: 30 years or younger.
Mandatory exit exam.
