Junior E‑Banking Officer

About the role

The Junior E‑Banking Officer will support both internal staff and customers in using the institution’s digital financial services. This role involves troubleshooting, system enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of e‑banking platforms across VisionFund.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal staff and customers for e‑banking services.
• Identify system gaps periodically and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of e‑banking systems.
• Assist in rolling out additional e‑banking products and services.
• Follow up on system errors reported by customers and branch offices.
• Ensure correct formats are used for account opening procedures.
• Deliver user training on e‑banking products and services.
• Update system configurations and parameters as required.
• Handle customer complaints related to digital financial services promptly.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager of Digital Banking Services Division.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Proactive and result‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent written English with strong documentation skills.
• Effective complaint handling capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic payment systems.
• Understanding of Digital Financial Services platforms.
• Knowledge of digital channel operations and services.
