About the role
The Junior Sales Representative will join Dodai’s showroom team in Addis Ababa, delivering a professional and friendly introduction to the brand while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in the showroom and present Dodai products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback on the internal digital platform.
- Report daily sales results and lead generation metrics.
- Foster a welcoming showroom environment to enhance customer satisfaction and the buying experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer success or sales, preferably with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and mentorship.
