Key Account Project Coordinator – Marketing Agency

About the role

Pangolin Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated Key Account Project Coordinator to support the delivery of branding, website, and performance‑marketing projects for its key clients. The role requires strong organisational abilities, a basic grasp of project‑management concepts and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate activities, resources and information across designers, developers and marketers.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, progress reports and risk logs.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics and update dashboards.
• Support resource allocation, utilisation tracking and budget monitoring.
• Identify risks and issues, document them and help devise mitigation plans.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow‑up.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing, Business, Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project‑management support, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean or hybrid methodologies.
• Basic understanding of web development and UI design principles.

Required skills

• Tableau and PowerBI for reporting.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project‑management tools such as Asana, Trello, JIRA or ClickUp.
• Digital‑marketing platforms including Google Analytics, SEO tools and marketing‑automation software.
